About Us
Greenwich Psychology & Wellness

The best therapy allows patients to develop the tools that allow them to become self-sufficient.

Change can be hard. Patients can sometimes have difficulty with motivation and remaining committed to change. Statistics tell us that empathy and authenticity are critical to successful therapeutic outcomes.

At Greenwich Psychology & Wellness we provide an empathetic counseling in an authentic, honest environment, committed to helping each patient. We challenge our patients, which creates a healthy, supportive, therapeutic bond between patient and therapist. This foundation allows patients to overcome obstacles and develop the trust necessary to work through the sometimes difficult, but rewarding process of self-discovery and healing.

Biography

As a clinical psychologist, I am trained to identify, diagnose and treat psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders.

I am a healer by nature and by profession. Intuitive, compassionate and sensitive to the suffering of others. I am invested in and care deeply about each patient, and am here to help each one make positive change. I help patients identify problems and define their goals for therapy, which may include personal, interpersonal, social, career, and educational changes, transitions and improvements.

I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, relationships, and personality disorders. I treat older children, adolescents, and adults individually, as couples and as families. I teach them powerful tools to help them immediately and moving forward into their lives.

I’m trained in several empirically supported therapeutic techniques and often employ elements of different modalities to form a cohesive treatment plan for each patient. Modalities include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Attachment-Based Therapy. I also use biofeedback to help patients control stress, emotions and the interactions between the heart and brain.

I take an individualized approach to understand each patient’s history, taking into consideration their unique experiences, feelings and perspectives belonging only to them. When working with children, I help them express their emotions and thoughts in a natural setting, and teach them CBT tools and social and problem-solving skills to better cope with life’s challenges.

PSYPACT

Virtual Therapy Services at Greenwich Psychology & Wellness

PSYPACT is an interstate compact that allows psychologists to ethically provide telehealth services in 39 states. Traditionally, clients have been limited to seeking and receiving mental health services from clinicians who are licensed within their state of residence, as the criteria a psychologist must meet to achieve licensure can differ between states. However, PSYPACT recognizes that in an increasingly mobile and virtually connected world, clients want and need continuity of care. Greenwich Psychology & Wellness has joined PSYPACT to allow our patients to have access to our services regardless of where you. We also recognize that many clients may feel more comfortable engaging in virtual treatment.
